The project aims to develop innovative technology to produce food lines that reduce the risk of civilization diseases, including hypertension, obesity, diabetes, and inflammatory bowel disease. This will enrich the market and export offer of the Polish food industry and increase its international competitiveness.
Project No PO IG 01.01.02-00-061/09 implemented under The Innovative Economy Operational Program 2007 - 2013. Priority 1: Research and development of new technologies. Action: 1.1 - Support for scientific research for the development of a knowledge-based economy.
